You may register online here or by mail

Can I register for the conference by telephone?
No, registrations must be in writing.

Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, by email provided to us on the registration form.

What is included in my registration fee?
This information is different for each conference and can be found in the brochure.

Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Yes, the hotel information is provided in the brochure.

Can I attend only one day of a three-day meeting?
Yes, however the cost is the same as the total meeting price unless the program specifies individual days.

Are there discounts on multiple registrations?
Yes, for groups of 10 or more from one company. Contact us for details.

Will the speakers’ presentations be posted on the website?
Yes, presentations will be made available to attendees prior to and for a limited amount of time after the conference via a password-protected link provided by email. Presentations not available prior to the conference will be posted on our website once received for attendees who have been provided the password for access. See Presentation Downloads

Can the information/conference materials provided at the conference be purchased?
No, only paid attendees will receive the conference materials.

Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
We strongly discourage "walking in" as you will not be guaranteed materials or seating. It is best to
register in advance.

Are there options for my strict dietary requirements?
The majority of our conferences include buffet style meals with a variety of foods.

How many continuing education units do I receive for the conference?
The continuing education hours and credits are located in each conference brochure.

What is the conference dress attire?
Most conferences are business attire or business casual.

Will I receive a receipt for my credit card charge?
The confirmation sent by Pharma Conference Inc serves as confirmation and a receipt as it specifies the date, method and amount of payment made.

How do I know if my registration submitted online was received?
You will receive an auto response shortly after you submit the form with the details of your registration.
Once your payment has been processed you will receive your confirmation of registration, which is your invoice/receipt.
